The team is excited to bring the brand to Fitzrovia and become a local go-to for fantastic food, great drinks, and good times. Founded by ex-lawyer David Toscano with head chef Jamie Halsall – previously of Launceston Place and Roux Parliament Square – Cin Cin first opened its doors in Brighton’s North Laine in 2016, winning a Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2018.
